2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments can be scheduled via phone, website, or third-party platforms.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Same-day service is available based on scheduling and truck availability.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Quotes are based on volume, weight, labor, and disposal fees.
• All pricing is confirmed before the job begins.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, and cash.
• Non-payment or bounced transactions may result in legal action and collection fees.

4. Items We Cannot Accept

Due to safety, environmental, and legal reasons, we cannot remove or dispose of:

• Hazardous materials or liquids (e.g., paint, oil, chemicals)
• Asbestos or toxic substances
• Biological or medical waste
• Certain heavy machinery or vehicles (unless pre-approved)

5. Dumpster Rentals

• Dumpsters must be placed on a flat, hard surface and must not block public roads or violate local codes.
• The client is responsible for any permits if required by local authorities.
• Overloaded dumpsters or those containing prohibited items may result in additional fees.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for damage to driveways, landscaping, underground utilities, or surfaces due to the placement of heavy equipment or dumpsters.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JUNK PEOPLE LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the use of our services.
